We are looking for an Employee Benefits professional with experience in TPA or Insurance Broking, preferably with strong exposure to corporate client servicing. The primary focus of this role will be to manage client relationships, address day-to-day employee benefit requirements and ensure prompt resolution of client and employee queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day servicing of corporate Employee Benefits clients, primarily Group Mediclaim (GMC), GPA and GTL accounts.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients for servicing requirements, queries and escalations.
- Coordinate with TPAs, insurers and hospitals to ensure smooth and timely resolution of client/employee requirements.
- Maintain and develop a strong network with hospitals and healthcare service providers for effective client servicing and support.
- Assist employees with queries related to cashless treatment, hospitalisation, claims, reimbursements and policy benefits.
- Follow up proactively on cashless approvals, pre-authorisations, claim settlements and reimbursement cases.
- Coordinate policy servicing requirements including additions, deletions, endorsements and employee data updates.
- Ensure timely response and closure of client requests, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with TPAs and insurers and escalate unresolved matters appropriately.
- Maintain client-wise records, servicing trackers and MIS reports.
- Support senior team members during client meetings, renewal discussions and client reviews.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, TPAs, insurers and hospital networks.
Preferred candidate profile
- 13 years of experience in TPA / Insurance Broking / Employee Advantages / Group Health Insurance.
- Candidates with strong client servicing experience will be preferred.
- Prior experience in handling corporate/group health insurance accounts will be an advantage.
