Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, onboarding clients, managing relationships, and contributing to the growth of our B2B marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of the Biz Trade Mart platform.
- Onboard buyers, suppliers, manufacturers, exporters, importers, and service providers onto the platform.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
- Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Provide market feedback
