About the Role

SDLC Corp is looking for a performance-driven
Google Ads Expert
to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience running lead generation and performance marketing campaigns while maximizing ROI through data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Manage monthly ad budgets and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, and ROAS.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.




- Prepare performance reports using
Looker Studio, GA4, and Excel
on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with the SEO, Content, Design, and Development teams to improve landing page performance and campaign results.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience handling
monthly advertising budgets of ₹1 lakh+

- Strong knowledge of Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting and optimization skills.
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
