WeDezine is seeking an experienced Manager Architect with proven skills in teammanagement, project allocation, and deadline adherence. The ideal candidate willpossess strong leadership abilities and a solid background in architectural design,with a focus on productive project execution.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the architecture team, assigning tasks and ensuring timelycompletion of projects. Oversee the design process from concept to completion,ensuring adherence to client requirements and project specifications.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction,and planning departments, to ensure cohesive project execution.• Ensure that all designs comply with building regulations, safety standards,



andenvironmental sustainability guidelines.• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of ongoing projects to monitorprogress and resolve any design or execution issues.Provide guidance andmentorship to junior architects and designers within the team.• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to present design proposals andgather feedback.• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, andcontracts. Manage project budgets and ensure cost- effective solutions areimplemented without compromising quality.• Work closely with site engineers to oversee the implementation of designs onconstruction sites.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
