Job Description – Production Planning & Controller (PPC)
Position Overview
Deor Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced *Production Planning & Controller (PPC)* to manage production planning, material coordination, and production scheduling for our manufacturing unit for Small manufacturing company 50+ Employee. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sheet metal components, die-cast components, and assembly operations, with the ability to ensure timely production and efficient resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders.

* Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

* Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.

* Ensure the availability of raw materials and components for uninterrupted production.

* Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and maintain optimum inventory levels.

* Track production targets, machine utilization, and delivery schedules.





* Prepare production MIS reports and analyze production performance.

* Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.

* Ensure production activities comply with quality and safety standards.
Required Skills

* Strong experience in *Production Planning & Control (PPC)*

* Knowledge of *Sheet Metal Components*

* Experience with *Die Cast Components*

* Familiarity with *Assembly Operations*

* Inventory and Material Planning

* ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel

* Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Qualification

* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

* 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the hardware or engineering industry.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
