Roles & Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare detailed project schedules from project initiation to completion using MS Project.
- Develop baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), project milestones, and activity sequencing.
- Prepare micro-level construction schedules for civil, MEP, finishing, and infrastructure works.
- Update project schedules regularly and ensure adherence to approved timelines.

Project Monitoring & Control
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
- Identify delays, critical activities, affecting project completion.
- Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules to mitigate delays.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of all activities.

Progress Review & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Generate MIS reports, and progress presentations for management.
- Present project status, schedule variance, and critical issues during review meetings.
- Maintain project documentation related to planning and scheduling.

Coordination with Internal Departments




- Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Billing, QA/QC, MEP, Architecture, and Liaison teams.
- Ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, manpower, equipment, and approvals.
- Support cross-functional teams in resolving project execution issues.

Resource Planning
- Plan and monitor manpower, machinery, equipment, and material requirements.
- Optimize resource allocation to improve productivity and minimize project delays.
- Monitor resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Cost & Performance Monitoring
- Support project cost monitoring by comparing planned versus actual progress.
- Analyze schedule performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Billing and Contracts teams for progress measurement.

Site Coordination
- Conduct regular site visits to verify physical progress against planned schedules.
