Job Title: E-Commerce Account Manager/Marketplace Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce accounts, including inventory management, MIS creation, order processing, shipment coordination, and account performance tracking. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned e-commerce/marketplace accounts.
- Coordinate and monitor order processing, dispatch, and shipment activities.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels across marketplaces and warehouses.
- Track stock availability, inward/outward movement, shortages, and inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, orders, inventory, returns, shipments, and account performance.
- Analyze MIS data and highlight key issues,



discrepancies, and performance trends.
- Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, RTOs, and delayed shipments.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams and logistics partners for issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of product, inventory, order, and shipment data.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all e-commerce operations.
- Work closely with the sales, warehouse, finance, customer support, and logistics teams.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce order/shipment issues.
- Ensure marketplace SLAs and operational requirements are consistently met.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce Operations and Account Management.
- Hands-on experience in Inventory Management.
- Good knowledge of MIS Creation and Reporting.
- Solid Shipment & Logistics Coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot
