Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper to manage construction-site materials, tools, consumables, and assets. The candidate will be responsible for material receiving, inspection, storage, issue, stock control, reconciliation, documentation, and ERP entries.

The role requires good knowledge of construction materials, inventory management, documentation, and coordination with Site, Procurement, Accounts, QA-QC, and Security teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive materials as per approved PO / Work Order and verify quantity, specifications, quality, and condition.
- Check materials against PO, Delivery Challan, Invoice, and GRN/MRN.
- Coordinate with Site Engineer / QA-QC for material inspection and approval.
- Report shortages, damages, discrepancies, and rejected materials immediately.
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling,



preservation, and security of construction materials.
- Maintain separate storage for approved, rejected, damaged, and surplus materials.
- Issue materials only against authorized Material Indent / Requisition.
- Maintain Material Issue Slips, Return Slips, Stock Registers, and other store records.
- Maintain accurate physical stock and regularly reconcile it with ERP records.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and identify shortage, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and support stock audits.
- Maintain records of GRN/MRN, POs, Delivery Challans, material transfers, tools, equipment, and assets.
- Update GRN, receipt, issue, transfer, and return transactions in ERP/software.
- Prepare material reconciliation and consumption reports.
