Department Overview

Governance and Oversight (G&O;) is responsible to manage risk and control within Corporate Investment Banking (CIB-Wholesale) group by executing Self Inspection program (SIP), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), weekly production of WFS Operations metric program to support business decisions in references to Audits, regulations, Control assurance.

About the Role

You will be required to have Capital Markets experience, will be responsible for executing the Governance and Oversight (G&O;) Self Inspection program (SIP), which involves process risk reviews, Control testing and validation, Risk Governance, Incident Management, Risk Issue management,



Production of WFS Operations metric program and assisting in contributing to Risk Meeting at Head of International Ops level.

Responsibilities
- The candidate is expected to conduct Walk through (Process Risk Reviews) sessions for different operations teams with in Corporate Investment Banking(CIB) and socialize the team members in order to maintain a team-oriented environment to perform process gap analysis, control testing, Metric Mapping, Identifying Key risk indicators and continuous monitoring.
- Is expected to understand various aspects in Risk and Control Framework, like RCSA, Incident Management, Issue Management, Control Testing and Validation.
- Team member heavily involves in interacting with EMEA business partners in delivering the responsibilities like control testing, Incident Reporting, Risk reviews.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering these work streams.
