Job Responsibilities:
- Call customers regarding pending/outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers and remind them about due payments.
- Maintain proper records of calls and payment commitments.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Achieve daily/monthly collection and calling targets.
- Coordinate with the collection team and update payment status.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th pass.
- Freshers can apply.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi/Bengali/English communication preferred.
- Responsible and target-oriented.
Salary: As per interview and experience.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
