Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial operations for the luxury jewellery business.
- Handle gold, diamond, polki, kundan, jadau and gemstone stock records.
- Monitor jewellery purchases, sales, transfers, returns and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of weight, purity, pricing and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and jewellery manufacturers.
- Monitor jewellery costing, margins and selling prices.
- Verify invoices,
purchase bills and jewellery-related documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts for payments, settlements and reconciliations.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and jewellery stock MIS.
- Monitor high-value transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal jewellery handling and inventory processes.
- Support management with commercial analysis and reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance or relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in jewellery commercial operations.
- Robust knowledge of jewellery inventory, costing and stock reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of Excel and MIS.
- Experience with gold and diamond jewellery preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and high-value jewellery-related information.
