Role Description
The D2C Meta Ads Expert will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to drive direct-to-consumer sales for Subyarth Craft’s product range. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves planning campaign structures,



conducting audience and competitor research, creating and testing ad creatives, and monitoring performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA. The role includes daily budget management, bid optimization, and implementation of A/B testing to improve targeting, creatives, and landing page performance. The expert will collaborate with the e-commerce, design, and content teams to align ad strategies with product launches, seasonal promotions, and marketplace goals. Reporting, data analysis, and continuous refinement of strategies to scale profitable campaigns are core responsibilities.
