Role Description
The Assistant Manager – Production QMS (Liquid Injection/Dry Powder Injection) is a full time, on-site role based in Baddi. The role involves overseeing production-related Quality Management System activities for liquid and dry powder injection lines, including documentation, batch record review, deviation handling, and change control. The individual will coordinate with production, QA, QC, and engineering teams to ensure adherence to cGMP, regulatory requirements,



and internal quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring compliance during manufacturing operations, supporting investigations and CAPA implementation, participating in internal audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and systems. The role also includes training production staff on QMS procedures, maintaining timely and accurate records, and supporting readiness for regulatory and customer inspections.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of sterile/injectable manufacturing processes, particularly liquid injection and dry powder injection.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems, including documentation control, deviation management, change control, and CAPA.
- Understanding of cGMP, regulatory guidelines (e.g., WHO, EU, USFDA), and pharmaceutical industry best practices.
