About this Role : As a Demo Specialist, you will be the face of NIAT in front of Class XII students across schools and educational institutions. Your primary responsibility is to deliver high-impact student demos that capture attention, build curiosity, communicate the value of NIAT, address student questions and inspire students to take the next step. This is a high-impact presentation, student engagement and conversion role
- We are looking for individuals who can command a room, tell compelling stories, simplify complex ideas and influence student thinking What You’ll Do : Own the Demo Experience — Deliver the NIAT student narrative, create robust engagement, explain the value proposition clearly, handle questions confidently and drive student interest towards NAT applications. Drive NAT Applications — Convert interest generated through demos into NAT applications, follow up with high-intent students and work towards assigned application targets. Engage Students at Scale — Build rapport with Class XII students, understand their aspirations,



create curiosity around technology careers and guide interested students towards the next step. Execute Assigned Activities — Conduct demos assigned by the Relationship Manager and ensure every activity is executed professionally, on time and as per NIAT standards. Run BTL Activities — Execute approved student engagement, career-awareness and other on-ground campaigns across schools, colleges, JEE centres and relevant student touchpoints. Build NIAT Awareness — Support on-ground branding and awareness initiatives and ensure effective communication of NIAT to students. Own Field Execution — Schools, colleges, JEE centres and other student touchpoints become your workplace. Represent NIAT professionally while interacting with students at scale. Track Your Impact — Maintain accurate CRM updates and activity reports covering demos, attendance, NAT applications, entrance exams and BTL activities. Keep Improving — Actively participa
