We are looking for a Data Analyst who loves digging into data to uncover the real stories behind the numbers. If you enjoy turning messy datasets into clear, actionable insights that help regional teams make confident decisions, this role is for you.

In this position, you won't just run routine queries or build static spreadsheets. You’ll partner directly with operations, strategy, and business teams across Andhra Pradesh to track performance, spot emerging trends, and help solve everyday business challenges.

What You’ll Do
- Turn Numbers into Decisions: Analyze operational, financial, and user data to identify growth trends, inefficiencies, and key performance drivers.
- Build Intuitive Dashboards: Design clean, easy-to-read reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel that stakeholders can rely on daily.
- Automate Reporting: Write efficient SQL queries and scripts to streamline recurring reports, freeing up time for deeper strategic analysis.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with regional department leads to understand their key metrics,



ask the right questions, and deliver custom insights.
- Ensure Data Trust: Maintain data hygiene, identify inconsistencies, and establish simple validation rules to ensure our datasets remain reliable.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting role.
- Core Technical Toolkit: Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, alongside solid hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
- Analytical Curiosity: A habit of asking "why" when you see an anomaly in the data rather than taking numbers at face value.
- Clear Communication: The ability to explain complex statistical or technical findings in easy, plain language to non-technical team members.
- Structured Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, step-by-step approach to analyzing business problems.
