Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month, based on quality of work and experience
About the Role
JoinDevOps is looking for a creative and trend-aware Video Editor who can take ownership of our video content and help us grow our digital presence.
You’ll be working on Reels, YouTube Shorts, meetups, podcasts, virtual sessions, promotional videos, and occasional long-form content.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong video editing skills with good command of modern editing tools.
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts and social-media-first content.
- Good understanding of current Instagram, YouTube and digital content trends.
- Ability to create engaging edits with the right cuts, transitions, captions, music, effects and pacing.
- Telugu speaking and preferably based in South India.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring your own ideas and suggestions to the content.
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and timely delivery.
- Someone who genuinely wants to contribute to the growth and brand building of JoinDevOps.
Your Responsibilities
- Edit regular Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts.
- Edit long-form videos from meetups, podcasts and virtual sessions.
- Create promotional and campaign-based video content.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form pieces.
- Keep content aligned with current digital trends.
- Work closely with the team and deliver videos within agreed timelines.
