Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities for our hospitality business. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling hotel revenue and expenses, vendor payments, reconciliations, and supporting monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial transactions.
- Handle hotel revenue accounting, including room revenue, restaurant/F&B; sales, banquet revenue, and other income.
- Verify daily sales and collection reports from different departments.
- Perform daily cash, bank, credit card, and payment gateway reconciliation.
- Manage vendor invoices, purchase bills, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, GRNs,



and supporting documents.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
- Monitor hotel expenses and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, Front Office, F&B;, and Operations teams for accounting-related matters.
- Assist in preparation of monthly Profit & Loss statements and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and provide required documents to auditors.
- Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory accounting requirements as applicable.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Monitor outstanding vendor and customer payments and follow up when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
