Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Head / Sales Head to lead our sales organization, drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services, Digital Transformation, Application Development, Cloud, Data & AI, Infrastructure, and Managed Services, with proven experience in scaling business, leading high-performing sales teams, and achieving aggressive growth targets.

The role carries end-to-end responsibility for business development, sales strategy, customer acquisition, account growth, profitability, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute the organization's sales and business growth strategy.




- Drive new customer acquisition across domestic and international markets.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and develop current service offerings.
- Own annual revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate growth.

Sales Leadership
- Lead enterprise sales for IT Services and Digital Transformation solutions.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales organization.
- Establish sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and governance.
- Drive consultative and solution-based selling.
- Ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.
- Lead strategic customer engagements and contract negotiations.
- Improve customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
