A Day in the Life

We are looking a Payroll Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end India payroll operations. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, maintaining a positive employee experience, and driving continuous process improvements.



The Payroll Analyst will also support payroll-related accounting activities, including reconciliations, payroll compliance documentation, audit support and management reporting. This position will be based in our Pune office.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for India employees, including the preparation, validation, and review of payroll inputs & reports.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of payroll processing in compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll, tax computation, and statutory queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain payroll reconciliation controls, audit schedules & statutory documentation.
- Support Payroll-related accounting activities, including GL reconciliations, variance reviews, and month-end reporting.
