Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and deep expertise in one or more of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM.

The candidate will be responsible for defining scalable and secure ServiceNow architecture, providing technical leadership, working closely with business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, migration, and transformation initiatives.
- Define overall platform architecture,



technical standards, governance, and best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Lead solution design discussions, architecture workshops, and technical reviews.
- Provide architecture and technical guidance to ServiceNow developers, administrators, and technical teams.
- Review technical designs and configurations to ensure scalability, maintainability, and adherence to platform standards.
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.
- Define integration approaches using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other ServiceNow capabilities.
- Ensure effective implementation and governance of CMDB and CSDM where applicable.
