Role Description

This is a full time, on-site position located in Chandigarh, India. The Sales Operations Executive will oversee and optimise sales operations, maintaining seamless communication with clients and ensuring exceptional customer service. We are looking for a proactive and dependable Sales & Operations Executive to support both front-end sales and day-to-day operational activities. This is a dynamic role involving field visits, showroom handling and backend coordination.

Key Responsibilities

*1. Sales & Business Development*
- Visit architects, interior designers, builders,



and retailers to present our product range
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up regularly

*2. Showroom Management*
- Handle walk-in customers and explain product offerings
- Manage the showroom independently in the absence of senior staff
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and customer experience

*3. Operations & Dispatch*
- Coordinate order processing and material dispatch
- Maintain basic stock awareness and assist in inventory handling
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery coordination

*4. Administrative & System Work*
- Operate basic accounting and billing software (Busy)
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain records
- Handle basic computer tasks (Excel, WhatsApp communication, etc.)
