We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable products, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent showroom experience from enquiry through purchase.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom in a skilled and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, and available options.
- Demonstrate products and provide suitable recommendations.
- Generate leads and convert showroom enquiries into sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.




- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding orders and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with inventory, delivery, installation, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-presented.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, pricing, and competitor offerings.
