Innovation Compliance / Legal Analyst - Pune/ Hyd

We are seeking a proactive Innovation Analyst with a technological focus to join the GCH LCGR team. The role supports modernization initiatives across Legal, Compliance,



Governance and Risk by identifying process improvement opportunities, designing low-code/no-code solutions, supporting AI and automation use cases, maintaining dashboards and trackers, and partnering with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, quality and user experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Analyze LCGR processes, identify automation opportunities, document requirements, support process mapping, gap analysis and benefit estimation.

Design, build and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Pages, forms and approval workflows.
