Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras at customer locations.
- Handle DVR/NVR, IP cameras, Analog cameras, and PoE switches.
- Perform CAT6 cable laying, crimping, termination, and testing.
- Troubleshoot CCTV, networking, power supply, and connectivity issues.
- Configure remote viewing and CCTV mobile applications.
- Attend customer service and breakdown calls.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Visit customer locations regularly for installation and service requirements.
- Prepare service reports and update work status to the concerned team.
- Provide basic technical support and explain CCTV usage to customers.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, IP address, router, and switch configuration.




- Knowledge of RJ45, CAT6 cables, BNC connectors, and power connections.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service.

Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV field service preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also be considered.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
