Are you passionate about transforming how children learn Science, Math, and English? Join us as an ESM (English, Science & Mathematics) Subject Matter Expert and design learning experiences that go beyond textbooks — bringing curiosity, activity, and real-world context into classrooms for Grades 1–10.

What You'll Do
- Design engaging ESM curriculum and lesson plans for Classes 1–10
- Create activity-based, experiential learning modules that make concepts stick
- Train, mentor, and inspire teachers and facilitators
- Track and improve student learning outcomes through assessments and data
- Champion the adoption of MIS and digital learning tools
- Drive excitement through student projects, science fairs, and hands-on activities

Who We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for making a real impact on children's education in rural communities
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Math, or Biology) — mandatory




- Strong fundamentals in English, Science, and Mathematics
- A love for experiential and foundational learning approaches
- The ability to train, mentor, and energize educators
