We are seeking an experienced TPA Manager to lead our hospital’s insurance operations. The ideal candidate will manage cashless and reimbursement claims, oversee empanelment with insurance companies, TPAs, CGHS, PSU, and semi‑government organizations, and drive collections of outstanding payments.
Key Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in hospital insurance/TPA management.
- Strong knowledge of CGHS protocols, PSU claim handling, and empanelment procedures.
- Proven track record in collections and recovery from insurers and government institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and compliance management skills.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or Finance. Certification in Medical Insurance/Claims Processing is an advantage.
