Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined and student-friendly Girls Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day administration, discipline, safety and welfare of students residing in the college hostel.

The Warden will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and supportive residential setting, ensuring hostel rules and regulations are followed, coordinating with college administration and responding effectively to student concerns and emergencies.

Key ResponsibilitiesHostel Administration
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the girls' hostel.
- Ensure proper implementation of hostel rules, regulations and institutional policies.
- Maintain student accommodation records, room allotment and occupancy details.
- Monitor student attendance, in/out movement and leave records.
- Maintain hostel registers, incident reports and other required documentation.




- Coordinate with college administration regarding hostel-related matters.

Student Discipline & Welfare
- Maintain discipline and a positive environment within the hostel.
- Monitor student activities and ensure compliance with hostel timings and regulations.
- Address student concerns, grievances and interpersonal issues professionally.
- Provide appropriate guidance and support to students when required.
- Monitor students' general welfare and report serious concerns to the concerned authorities.
- Counsel students regarding hostel discipline, cleanliness, safety and responsible behaviour.

Safety & Security
- Ensure the safety and security of all students residing in the hostel.
- Monitor hostel entry and exit procedures and visitor access.
- Coordinate with security personnel and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
- Handle emergencies such as illness, accidents, security
