About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workplace Services professional to lead facilities, administration, and workplace operations for our Chennai office. This role is central to ensuring a secure, well-run, and efficient work environment, and works closely with HR, IT, Finance, and Building Management to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Office Management
- Oversee end-to-end facilities management, including maintenance, upkeep, and vendor coordination
- Lead new office space planning and setup, including layout, fit-out coordination, and expansion needs
- Manage housekeeping operations and ensure workplace cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Oversee front desk operations and visitor management

Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage vendor relationships across facilities, housekeeping, travel, and admin services
- Draft, review, and manage agreements and contracts with vendors and service providers
- Negotiate contract terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality

Safety & Compliance




- Implement and maintain workplace safety standards and protocols
- Support internal and external audits related to facilities and admin operations
- Maintain and update compliance checklists in line with statutory and company requirements

Administration & Operations
- Coordinate employee travel arrangements (domestic/international, as applicable)
- Manage attendance tracking and reporting processes
- Maintain and generate MIS reports for management review on facilities, admin, and vendor performance

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with HR on employee experience, onboarding logistics, and workplace policies
- Coordinate with IT on infrastructure needs tied to office space and setup
- Work with Finance on budgeting, vendor payments, and cost tracking
- Liaise with Building Management on lease terms, common area maintenance, and building-related issues
