We are hunting for a high-Caliber corporate entrepreneur to hold complete commercial ownership of zonal market entry. This is a pure individual contributor role for a self-starter who walks in with deeply rooted, active relationships among elite architects, top-tier interior designers, and luxury home decorators.
Core Responsibilities
- Launch & P&L; Ownership: Act as an autonomous business builder to drive commercial growth and market share for the luxury vertical in your zone.
- Build the Pipeline: Architect and aggressively manage a high-yield sales funnel through direct, consultation-led specifications.
- Network Monetisation: Secure commercial tie-ups with premium OEMs, high-end luxury furniture retailers, and bespoke manufacturers.
- Specification Leadership:
Position Sheela Foams premium products as the mandatory specification for high-ticket residential and commercial projects.
- Boardroom Pitching: Deliver flawless, highly sophisticated technical and aesthetic product presentations to elite stakeholders.
The Candidate We Are Hunting
- Experience: 7 to 12 years of stellar sales and business development experience strictly within ultra-luxury interiors, premium building materials, high-end dcor, or luxury lighting.
- Active Network: Immediate, active, and influential working relationships with top-tier architects, interior designers, and luxury furniture OEMs in your respective region.
- Self-Starter DNA: Proven ability to operate autonomously in a remote, high-impact capacity, from initial prospecting to closing deals.
- Education: Minimum Graduate; a Post Graduate degree or MBA from a reputable institute is a robust advantage.
