About the Role

We are looking for a Business Manager to join the Brand Planning team at Devyani International Limited. The role will focus on business analytics, P&L; management, commercial planning and execution across Costa Coffee and Emerging Brands.The role requires someone who can go beyond reporting and analysis to identify opportunities, drive cross-functional actions and deliver measurable business and profitability outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and analyse store-level P&L;, sales dashboards and business performance trackers.
- Analyse sales, transactions, ADS, APC, BRC, product mix, profitability and other key business metrics.
- Identify opportunities to drive SSSG, SSTG, ADS, transactions, food attachment and profitability.
- Partner with Operations, SCM, F&B;, Marketing, Franchise and BD teams to drive business initiatives.
- Own selected P&L; levers and identify opportunities across COGS, food cost,



wastage, packaging, manpower and other controllable costs.
- Track action plans and ensure initiatives translate into measurable P&L; impact.
- Own the business performance and P&L; of assigned Emerging Brands.
- Develop and evaluate recent store business cases, including sales, rent, manpower, capex, COGS and profitability assumptions.
- Work with BD and Operations to validate site-level assumptions and track actual vs. projected store performance.
- Support pricing, promotions, menu engineering, product mix and new product launches through commercial analysis.
- Prepare business reviews and present action-oriented insights and recommendations to leadership.

What We Are Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics or Business Management.
- Experience in QSR, F&B;, Retail or FMCG will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, financial analysis, budgeting,
