We are looking for a Senior Data & AI Solutions Associate Manager with solid expertise in designing and developing enterprise-scale data and AI platforms on Azure and GCP. The role combines solution architecture, backend engineering, API development, cloud-native application design, and Generative AI implementation.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on development experience while being capable of defining enterprise architecture, leading technical teams, and driving end-to-end solution delivery.

- Strong Python development expertise
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Azure Services: Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure SQL/PostgreSQL, Azure DevOps
- GCP Services: BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Composer, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage
- Pub/Sub, SQL and relational databases
- Data modeling and ETL/ELT architecture
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
- Git-based development
- Generative AI Skills
- LLM application development
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Prompt Engineering
- Agentic AI frameworks
- LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex (or similar)
- Embeddings and vector databases
- AI evaluation, guardrails, and observability
- MCP, A2A, and AI orchestration concepts are preferred
- Snowflake or Databricks
- MLOps
- Event-driven architecture
