Job Description

Suryabala Autos Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive – Ather EV to join our team at Gobichettipalayam. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customers, promoting Ather electric scooters, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for Ather electric scooters.
- Handle showroom walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain Ather EV models, features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
- Generate new leads through calls, field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities.
- Follow up regularly with enquiries and convert leads into bookings and sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead details in CRM/DMS.




- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Service teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Participate in local promotional and marketing activities to increase showroom walk-ins.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the local customer base.
- Monitor competitor activities and EV market trends.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and follow-up reports.
- Maintain showroom discipline, product presentation, and brand standards.
- Achieve individual sales, enquiry, booking, and conversion targets.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in automobile, EV, two-wheeler, or showroom sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicles is an advantage.
