Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchase / Procurement Executive with 2–4 years of experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or related industries. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring civil and construction materials, vendor development, commercial negotiations, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors and suppliers for construction and civil materials.
- Source and procure materials as per project requirements, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Handle vendor identification, quotation collection, rate comparison, and commercial negotiations.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and evaluate comparative statements (CS) and recommend suitable vendors.




- Coordinate with project, engineering, site, stores, and accounts teams for material requirements and procurement planning.
- Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Monitor vendor performance, material delivery schedules, quality, and service levels.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing vendors and continuously explore alternate sources.
- Support cost-saving initiatives, rate benchmarking, and procurement optimization.
- Ensure procurement is carried out in accordance with company policies and approved budgets.
- Maintain proper procurement documentation, including quotations, comparative statements, purchase orders, and vendor records.
- Coordinate with site teams to understand upcoming material requirements and avoid material shortages.
