Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

· Lead, supervise and motivate the Sales Executives.

· Allocate sales territories and daily tasks.

· Conduct daily sales review meetings.

· Coach and guide team members to improve performance.

Sales Target Achievement

· Achieve monthly and annual team sales targets.

· Monitor individual sales performance.

· Support team members in closing key deals.

· Ensure achievement of sales KPIs.

Business Development

· Identify new business opportunities.

· Develop new B2B / B2C customers.

· Assist the team in customer acquisition activities.

Customer Relationship Management

· Build strong relationships with key customers.

· Resolve escalated customer issues.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Order Management

· Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores and Dispatch teams.





· Ensure timely execution and delivery of customer orders.

· Monitor order completion status.

Collections

· Monitor outstanding payments.

· Coordinate with Accounts for timely collections.

· Ensure adherence to the company's credit policy.

Market Intelligence

· Monitor competitor activities.

· Collect market feedback.

· Identify opportunities for new products and business expansion.

Reporting

· Review daily sales reports.

· Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.

· Submit Weekly Sales Reports and Monthly MIS.

· Prepare sales forecasts and action plans.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
