What You’ll Do

- Take full ownership of new backend features and product enhancements from design to deployment.
- Contribute to the architecture and development of backend APIs and core systems, including fund management components.
- Uphold and enforce engineering best practices to ensure a robust, scalable, and maintainable codebase.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and support skill development within the team.
- Collaborate with the product team to turn complex ideas into meaningful business solutions.

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of professional backend software development experience
- Strong command of at least one contemporary programming language
- Experience working with distributed systems (preferred)
- A curious mindset with a passion for understanding system behavior
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a positive and proactive approach
