What You’ll Do

- Take end-to-end ownership of new backend features and product enhancements.
- Contribute to designing and building backend APIs and core system architecture.
- Uphold engineering best practices and help maintain a clean, high-quality codebase.
- Support and mentor junior developers where needed, including conducting code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to convert ideas into impactful business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language
- Exposure to or interest in distributed systems (a plus)
- A natural curiosity for understanding how systems work
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a positive, proactive mindset
