Mandatory skills
Looking for 6-8yrs automation lead
Should have 6+ years of overall experience in automation testing to design, implement and optimize frameworks to support rapid automation in parallel with Agile cycles through recent techniques such as BDD, TDD, ATDD
Should have 5+ years of experience in mobile automation testing using Appium
Ability to write scripts in Java and Gherkin language
Experience in leading automation team
Good exposure to Selenium, API test automation, SQL, Advanced Java, Jenkins, STLC and Agile methodologies
Should have positive communication skills,
leadership skills and able to handle the testing activities single-handedly
Job responsibilities
Builds and implements a scalable, reusable automation framework
Analysing the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new system and enhancements to existing systems
Developing an end to end automation strategy in line with the strategic vision and product roadmap
Recommend & use tools and frameworks for writing automation tests effectively, reducing manual efforts in testing and automation efforts in code maintenance
Works with manual testers to enable automation suites to be executed on a regular basis to validate the quality of releases daily builds
Mentor and direct testers in automation & its principles and code quality
Work closely with leadership and cross teams to propose solutions and improvements and implement them
Develop schedules and own all commitments and operational plans
Good experience in preparing presentations and articulation
