Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in ECE, IT, CS or MCA. Minimum years of relevant experience: 3-6 years. Experience in SQL and related databases, with a preference for those with MySQL experience. Valuable knowledge of Linux operating systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation tasks. Empowered with Automation knowledge. Basic familiarity with mobile telecommunication networks, their architecture and mechanisms and Development experience on this would be a definite plus. Basic knowledge of ticketing tool i.e ITSM , remedy.
