Job/Group Overview:

There is a position in the Automation COE team which focuses on automation and analytics development

1. Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership of automations across different BUs and drive them from conception to deployment
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Python and UiPath
- Fair exposure on Machine Learning - NLP, LLM & Generative AI




- Production Support for current automation inventory as an FTE member of the team
- Participate in feasibility studies, solution design, and technology decision-making processes
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, functional architecture strategies, and departmental standards
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Support initiatives to push adoption of new technologies by preparing and delivering training materials
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align digital initiatives with business goals
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Technical

- 3-8 years’ total experience in Automation and analytics in general
- Experience in working with python and UiPath
- Leverage robust analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets
- Use Python for advanced data analysis and predictive modelling
- Knowledge of AI and Analytics will be beneficial
