We are seeking a proactive and versatile Associate to bridge the gap between stakeholder management and brand storytelling. This role is central to maintaining our organizational reputation, managing partner relations, and driving our digital presence through creative and data-backed communications strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
- Manage end-to-end communication with existing funding and program partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Conduct targeted research to identify potential partners and explore strategic synergies.
2. Communications & Digital Strategy
- Assist in the execution of comprehensive communication strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create and edit high-impact copy for press releases, publications, and social media posts.
- Maintain web content and implement social media strategies to increase engagement.
- Oversee internal communication flows and manage distribution channels.
3. Documentation & Public Relations
- Support the team in preparing qualified presentations,
impact reports, and promotional materials.
- Research, write, and edit content for distribution, including basic photo and video assets.
- Regularly collect data to evaluate the organizations public image and provide recommendations for improvement or expansion.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Social Media: Proficiency in Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook, with an understanding of social media analytics and media relations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
