Job Title: Associate Director - Sales (Financing / Leasing)


Location: Pune


Experience: 8+ years




We are hiring an Associate Director - Sales (Financing/Leasing) for our client from the Financial Services Industry.




As the Associate Director - Sales, your responsibilities would be:


- Originate, manage, and grow client relationships with mid -market corporates.

- Lead the deal lifecycle, including structuring, negotiation, and closing deals.

- Expand the client base within your assigned geography.

- Help build and mentor city/regional teams as needed.

- Drive pipeline growth and ensure consistent revenue.


Requirements
- 8+ years in financing, with solid exposure to direct debt or leasing

- Proven track record in structured finance/leasing and deal origination





- Established network across mid -market corporates and key stakeholders

- Experience with NBFCs, banks, or reputed financial institutions

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; open to extensive travel

- Demonstrated success in building new markets or setting up regional teams
