Senior Accountant

Location: VKI, Jaipur (prefered local candidates only)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month
Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations, billing, reconciliations and financial records for our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers and financial records.
Handle customer billing, invoice preparation and verification.
Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare accounting MIS and outstanding statements.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and support audit requirements.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Valuable knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Robust understanding of accounting principles.
Valuable reconciliation and analytical skills.
Billing experience preferred.
Experience in logistics, transportation or 3PL accounting will be an advantage.
