Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic HR Manager to join a reputed Women’s Hospital in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and workforce management within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction of hospital staff.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, shift schedules, and HR records.
- Coordinate manpower planning and ensure adequate staffing across departments.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Maintain employee files,



documentation, and HR databases.
- Support training, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Work closely with department heads and hospital management on HR matters.
- Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW-HR, or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior HR management experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse workforce and work effectively with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and support teams.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
