About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers interested in rooftop solar solutions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining solar perks and government subsidy schemes, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential solar customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through Google, Meta and other marketing channels.
- Understand customers' electricity consumption, requirements and budget.
- Explain rooftop solar systems, savings, subsidy benefits and installation process in a simple manner.
- Generate and qualify leads and schedule site surveys/appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers until conversion.




- Coordinate with the field sales/technical team for site visits and quotations.
- Prepare and share quotations as required.
- Assist customers with basic information regarding PM Surya Ghar Yojana and solar registration/subsidy process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status and conversions.
- Achieve assigned calling, appointment and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements
- 1-6 years of experience in telecalling/tele-sales, preferably in solar, electrical, real estate, home improvement or a related industry.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.
- Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and working with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
