Role & responsibilities

* Direct Machinery Sales: Drive end-to-end sales for TRUMPF laser cutting systems, CNC bending machines, and Punching Machine within target manufacturing sectors.

* Client Engagement & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads while managing relationships with existing industrial clients.

* Consultative Selling: Conduct technical presentations, machine demonstrations, and application discussions to demonstrate ROI and productivity gains to key decision-makers (Plant Managers, Purchase Heads, and Business Owners).

* Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare detailed technical-commercial proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value machinery contracts.

* Market Intelligence: Analyze regional sheet metal fabrication market trends, competitor activity, and customer expansion plans to identify recent growth opportunities.

* Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, manage accurate sales forecasting, and track progress using CRM tools.

Preferred candidate profile

* Domain Expertise:



Strong familiarity with laser cutting technology, press brakes, CNC bending systems, and sheet metal fabrication processes. (Direct experience with TRUMPF or equivalent high-end machinery is highly preferred).

* Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with fluency in English and local regional languages.

* Mobility: Willingness to undertake frequent travel across assigned industrial territories for customer meetings and machine site visits.
