Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Amazon Marketplace Lead to take complete ownership of our Amazon business operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing Amazon Seller Central, product listings, brand approvals, inventory, orders, advertising, account health, sales performance, and overall marketplace growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Brand Registry, FBA/FBM, Amazon PPC, catalog management, and marketplace analytics.

Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Account Management
- Manage the Amazon Seller Central account end-to-end.
- Monitor daily account performance, sales, orders, traffic, conversion, and account health.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace guidelines.
- Handle account warnings, policy violations,



listing deactivations, and suspension-related issues.

Brand & Product Approval
- Handle Amazon Brand Registry and Brand Approval processes.
- Manage product and category approvals, including restricted category approvals.
- Prepare and submit required documentation for brand/product approvals.
- Raise and follow up on Amazon Seller Central cases and support tickets.

Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create, manage, and optimize Amazon listings, ASINs, SKUs, and variations.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images, and attributes.
- Manage Parent-Child variations and catalog corrections.
- Resolve listing suppression, catalog errors, duplicate listings, and blocked listings.
- Manage A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content and Amazon Brand Store.

Order & Inventory Management
- Manage complete Amazon order processing.
- Monitor pending, shipped, cancelled, returned, refun
