MIS EXECUTIVE Job Description Employment Fresher / Experienced Location Derawal Nagar, Delhi Profile Overview Salary Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 28,000 / month Qualification Graduation preferred Timing 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM Role Type MIS / Reporting / Automation We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive who can manage business data, prepare accurate reports, build dashboards, and improve reporting efficiency through automation. Freshers as well as experienced candidates may apply, provided they have solid practical knowledge of the mandatory technical skills listed below. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. • Create, update, and manage dashboards, trackers, business reports, and large datasets. • Analyse data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. • Automate repetitive reporting and workflow activities using Google Apps Script and spreadsheet tools. • Use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data management, formulas, validation, analysis, and reporting.



• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection, verification, and report updates. • Support management with meaningful data summaries and well-structured reports for decision-making. Qualification & Experience • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. • Graduation in any relevant field is preferred. • Candidates must demonstrate strong practical knowledge of MIS reporting, spreadsheets, automation, and basic coding. Mandatory Skill Set • Google Sheets: Strong command of formulas, data validation, filters, dashboards, reporting, and spreadsheet management. • Microsoft Excel: Advanced working knowledge of VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, INDEX-MATCH, charts, and data management. • AI Tools: Good practical understanding of AI tools for productivity, data support, reporting, automation, and problem solving. • Basic Coding: Ability t
