We are looking for a dynamic professional to represent Dalnex across the North India region. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their existing manufacturing processes and operational challenges, and presenting Dalnex's Industry 4.0 and factory digitization solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating clients on the long-term business benefits of implementing Dalnex's solutions, building solid relationships, addressing customer queries, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and driving the entire sales cycle through to successful deal closure.

Role & responsibilities:

* Identify and approach manufacturers, OEMs, and system integrators

* Conduct product demos and pitch meetings with plant heads and decision-makers

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure





* Maintain CRM and track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline

* Conduct site visits to understand shopfloor requirements

* Work closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions

* Background in IoT / Automation / Industry 4.0 sales preferred

* Strong English communication and presentation skills

* Target-oriented with strong lead generation capabilities

* Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits

Preferred candidate profile:

BE / BTech (Mandatory)

Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills

Strong coordination and teamwork skills

Willingness to travel

Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts
