Job Overview

Sudharshan Electomech is hiring skilled and experienced Store Supervisor for industrial electrical projects. Candidates must have hands-on experience working at industrial project sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory, receiving, and store replenishment.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports.
- Monitor sales targets and support the team in achieving them.
- Prevent stock loss, damage, and operational discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments.




- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Eligibility / Requirements
- 12th pass or Graduate; retail/management qualification is an advantage.
- Typically 1–3 years of retail/store experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic computer/POS and inventory-management knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Candidates should be willing to work weekends/holidays when required.
