Role & responsibilities
- Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test documentation.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, sanity, positive, and negative testing.
- Perform UI and manual functional testing across business applications.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects using appropriate defect management tools.
- Perform integration testing between SAP Business One and external applications, including Salesforce and e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct API testing and basic SQL-based data validation.
- Collaborate with development, business, and other technical teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes, testing methodologies, and documentation.




- Work with multiple business applications and tools used for Sales, Customer Management, Purchasing, and Inventory Control.
- Contribute to test automation and automation-related initiatives as required.

Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) testing.
- Robust experience in Manual Testing and Functional Testing.
- Experience with Integration Testing and Regression Testing.
- Experience with API Testing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing.
- Experience testing integrations with Salesforce and e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
